Game Changers Finale LF

It's time again to wrap up our impressions and thoughts on season 34, Survivor Game Changers. The finale and the season as a whole is getting mixed reviews. Most were happy with the winner and viewed her as deserving, but almost everyone wished it had been Cirie. All in all though, we had fun together and found lots to enjoy and discuss each week. We will be on hiatus till the fall when we return for the season 35 JABBIC episodes.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great LF show. This week we heard from: Pete, Ian, Shea, IronDave, Crystal, Mikeybear, Victoria, Shelley, Jody, Rashmi, Parker, Jack, Ronda, Sophie, Marla-n-Sarah, Ed, Drew-Charlie-n-Adelaide, BrandonB, Kenny, Shannon, BrandonA, Josh, Nicola, Nina, Samantha, Jill, James, Jeremiah, Kim, Jen, and Paul.

We've got several ways you can reach us. You can call and leave a voicemail at 206-350-1547 or toll-free at 844-643-8737. You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com.

SFP Interview: Sarah Lacina from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Sarah Lacina, winner of Survivor Game Changers! Sarah set out to model her game after a true Game Changer and executed her strategy masterfully. She made good on her promise to be the first to use an advantage correctly and leveraged her experience as an undercover cop to do whatever was required to make it to the end while also filling out the jury with people who would understand and reward her cut throat gameplay.

Listen to this interview to hear her thoughts on the new Final Tribal Council format, how the family visit likely kept her from making a critical blunder, details on unaired, fun moments she experienced and much more.

SFP Interview: Troy "Troyzan" Robertson and Brad Culpepper from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Troy "Troyzan" Robertson and Brad Culpepper. Troyzan finished in third place and Brad in second place of Survivor Game Changers. Both Troyzan and Brad enjoyed early success in the game although they took different paths, one under the radar and the other out front. Once united, they established a majority alliance that focused on taking out the biggest remaining threats. They both managed to hang on after Sarah shattered their controlling alliance, regaining control thanks to Brad's immunity challenge streak and Troyzan's idol, mistakenly thinking they stood the best chance of defeating her in the finale.

Listen to this interview to hear how they felt the new Final Tribal Council format affected them, what impact the family visit had on their game, what serious injury occurred on day 27 that required post game surgery and much more.

SFP Interview: Aubry Bracco and Tai Trang from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Aubry Bracco and Tai Trang. Aubry finished in fifth place and Tai in fourth place of Survivor Game Changers. Their games this time were almost the opposite of each other. Aubry could not catch a break, constantly fighting for a foothold from the bottom. Tai established solid alliances early, once again excelled at finding Hidden Immunity Idols, and even took down the venerable Ozzy in a challenge. Aubry somehow managed to hold on, and Tai's game faltered a bit near the end, and they surprisingly went out side by side again at the finale.

Listen to this interview to hear how they felt about the Cirie debacle, their assessment of the new Final Tribal Council format, some of their funny and exciting moments that were not aired and much more.

SFP Interview: Cirie Fields from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Cirie Fields. She finished in sixth place of Survivor Game Changers. Cirie is a legend in the game. She had a bumpy start this season. Her skills were so feared, many thought she would be one of the first to go, and she came close, but luck was on her side at the beginning. She recovered and proceeded to excel once again in the social aspects of the game, mentoring and maneuvering deftly through the castaways and alliances, but her luck ran out on day 36 when she was blindsided by a flurry of immunities that knocked her out of the game in yet another historic, Survivor first.

Listen to this interview to hear how she felt about her historic exit, her assessment of the new Final Tribal Council format, what Brad could have done to improve his chances at the end and much more.

Game Changers Finale Recap

Malcolm said it best in the reunion show. There is a reason we are seventeen years into it, and this is still the best show on TV. This was season 34 and we just saw three more historical firsts in the game at the finale. The pacing was fast but we enjoyed it all, although we would prefer a final five. That immunity run at the end had us anxious but we were happy in the end for the winner. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.

What did you think of the final challenges? What did you think about that history making final six tribal council? What did you think about the new format for final tribal questions? How did the final three do with answering the jury's questions? Who in the jury impressed you and who disappointed you the most? How would you rate this reunion show? Where does this season rank for you? What are your thoughts on season 34? Are you ready for an all new cast in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers?

Congratulations to the JSFL Winner, Nume with 142 points.

We ended the season with 339 still playing JSFL. Congratulations to everyone for hanging in there, regardless of score for the full season experience!
The JSFL side challenger's scores are: Nina won with 132. IronDave: 122, Stacy: 111, Seth: 105, Jeremiah: 104, Hubaloo: 93, Jonathan: 90, James-n-Shannon: 87, BrandonA: 78, ColdMike: 72, Drew: 67, and Jody and Parker with 49. Nina will pick a song for Jody and Parker to write a parody based on this season's events and sing for us.

Game Changers Week 11 LF

Confusion was a central theme in the feedback this week. That last tribal council had lots of us scratching our heads and wondering what just happened. Squeezing a double elimination where they are both blindsides into one episode tends to leave more questions than answers. Fortunately, we think we have some insights into what just happened and quite a few super fans share their predictions for what we can expect in the finale!

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great LF show. This week we heard from: Pete, Skippy, Victoria, BostonMark, MikeK, Shelley, Sophie, Mikeybear, Becca-Liam-n-Caroline, Ed, Drew-Charlie-n-Adelaide, Kenny, James, Parker, Jill, Josh, Jeremiah, Jen, Jack, and Paul.

SFP Interview: Fourteenth Castoff from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Michaela Bradshaw. She was the second castaway to leave the game in week 11 of Survivor Game Changers. Imagine being hired for a job because of one key skill you possessed and then showing up for work and finding out that your peers refuse to allow you to work on projects relevant to your skill. That is what Michaela's second season became. She managed to find other ways to make an impact but spent a large portion of the game confused and frustrated. Sandra and Cirie helped her get her mind right, but not even the mighty Cirie could save her from a spur of the moment, late game blindside.

Listen to this interview to hear behind the scenes details on her extremely rocky start to the season, how Brad came to accuse her of blackmail, the scoop on the whisperfest that erupted at her last Tribal Council, who she would like to see win and much more.

SFP Interview: Thirteenth Castoff from Survivor Game Changers

This week we interviewed Andrea Boehlke. She was the first castaway to leave the game in week 11 of Survivor Game Changers. Andrea is one of a handful that appeared to improve their gameplay this season, but her competitiveness in the challenges and lack of finesse when selecting vote out targets brought the spotlight back on her as she emerged as one of the bigger threats to win.

Listen to this interview to hear who campaigned the hardest to get her to play again, what her funniest and most embarrassing moments were, who she would like to see win and much more.

Game Changers Week 11 Recap

Jury management is key at this stage in the game. You want as many as possible to be cheering for you and to give the most bitter some time to recover before the final tribal council. If you are lucky enough to still be in the game and have not been subtly making points to the jury, you probably do not deserve to win. We know there are a couple of castaways left that have made an impression. Which final three would make it the hardest to choose a winner?

Who would you most like to see win? Who in your opinion is least deserving? How do you think the Hidden Immunity Idols will come into play as we head to final 5? Will Tai give up his actual idols or are the ones he shows Brad and Troy fake? Who do you think is playing the best, and in the best position to make it to the end? What's your final six order?

Here are the remaining six as we head into the finale.
Maku Maku:Aubry, Brad, Cirie, Sarah, Tai, and Troyzan
