Surprisingly THE BEST book about health, exercise and wellness I have ever read. I am very glad that after years spent on my kindle I have decided to give it a try. More notes and highlights done, already put into action.

I hadn't read the Kindle version but rather the original hardbound edition. It's a very good book though some of the information is out of date particularly in regards to the care of the teeth. While most information is good I would recommend sticking to the ADA recommendations. Also his praise of m
