One held the other by the ankles and pushed the creature's hairy face back and forth, while its hands spread the wax ahead of it. The results were excellent, but Dave found it hard to appreciate.

This is a very strange and quirky blend of science fiction and fantasy, probably odder than anything that John W. Campbell would have published in his Unknown magazine. If I had read it without knowing who the author was, Lester del Rey wouldn't have been among my first hundred guesses. Originally p

I’ve always wanted to read a book where one of the characters is named Bork, people are built around mandrake roots, and the earth is surrounded by an egg-shell. No, really…

This is by far one of the most bizarre and absurd books I have ever read. Just for that it gets an extra star. What was the aut

Cute.

A quick read, entertaining. A literary one-night stand, kind of. I can't believe I just said that.
