It was interesting to understand the current names of some places in Ireland and also how deeply engraved into their culture these stories are. Halfway through this work, I realized why this work is considered a classic. This is a collection of Irish myths and legends translated into English, and it is full of excitement and wonder. Joyce gives us very readable accounts of these old stories.
