I am simply stunned by the Pre-Raphaelite/William Morris-esque illustrations and the concept was quite fascinating, however the language was rather dated and didn't entice me much to read. The illustrations on the other hand were simply phenomenal!

Walter Crane was part of the Arts and Crafts movement and was deeply influenced by and a part of the Pre-Raphaelites. This is very obvious in this beautiful little book. The design of the text and the illustrations all evoke the Aesthetic Movement. I loved reading this because it goes through intere
