Fascinating little mystery

This little mystery story is typical of many for the day in that it glorifies the quick thinking and resourceful hero who overcomes all obstacles to win the day. Little concern is giving to glaring flaws of the science employed.

Unlike many of these old “classic” short stories, this tale reads quite well in these more modern times.
