I've had this book for awhile now, but I've just started cooking the recipes and I LOVE it!

This is a great healthy cookbook. The author is a nutritionist and pares down recipes that most of us are familiar with but which are high in fat and unhealthy. She uses realistic ingredients and the book has gorgeous pictures!

I love the fact she's a registered dietitian. Someone who is actually qualified to give out advice pertaining to healthy and delicious food. I made most of the recipes and I can't recommend it enough. Simple, healthy, and delicious.

One point off for featuring herself on the cover and trying to brand the word "craveable", but otherwise I love this.
