This was a really interesting look at how people were encouraged to ration food during the war. A ton of recipes and I think some more information in general would have been better but seeing where we are now in regards to food and food choices I think this was a really interesting read.
Not too useful/healthy recipes that decrease meat, wheat and sugar use
