I love how Rossetti differentiates the various speakers in this poem, although they all resonate in their content and emotion. I hope that the Damozel eventually reunites with her lover because their love knows no bounds, even though they live in two different worlds and have been apart for ten year
Mah, it was ok. I read a lot of poetry and this just wasn't anything special. I read it yesterday and I can't even remember what happened (which is not good as I have a lecture/seminar on it on Monday!)
