Based on Cobb's own experiences in moving from the city to rebuild a farm. Book puts you back in the time of old black and white movies. It's sort of the Jack Benny movie -George Washington Slept Here- meets Cary Grants' -Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House-, only predates them by a couple decades
