This is the twenty-ninth book by Anatole France that I've read and, unfortunately, there is only one more, that I'm aware of, yet to go. I really hate when I've read everything by authors that I really like. This book wasn't as good as most of his work, but still good. Most of his books are satires,

در این کتاب در خلال یک داستان، آناتول فرانس عقاید سیاسی اجتماعی و البته انتقادی خودش را از زبان شخصیتها بیان می کند. به همین دلیل به قول عزیزی در همین گودریدز انتظار کتاب داستان نباید داشته باشید بلکه هر جمله و بخش کتاب نیاز به تفکر دارد.
