A stereotype of a showgirl, I don't doubt, but still entertaining with a snappy, breezy style. Short enough to end before the breeziness grows tiresome. Old enough to be historically interesting.

Strange book, published 1908. I was given the first edition as a gift for the lovely cover, but I'm glad I read it too. Written as a one sided dialog between Sabrina and the reader, an unknown gentleman. I learned so much about life in 1908 NYC! Wouldn't really recommend for the story, but if you're
