Reading this book, I thought Allen was Self-realized. It’s so different from As a Man Thinketh … more equivalent to Eckhardt Tolle. Every page is a masterpiece.

The author James Allan wrote many books on contemplation and the search for inner peace in a loud mixed up world. This is both a pracital and spiritual guide to find this. I have practiced these methods in my own life and have found the peace that surpasses all understanding. Please read this volume
