Podcast Overview

https://physicianassistantboards.com is dedicated to providing free medical content, motivation, and advice to help you get through school, the boards, and clinical practice.

My goal here is not only to help make you better clinicians, but also better individuals.

Remember to think of this as a journey and not a destination. You need to enjoy every moment of the process, because the process is really what is most important - not only in medicine, but in life.

Should you give steroids for acute bronchitis?

Today, we're answering a listeners question:

"What is your opinion on giving a steroid burst to those with the cough. I have seen this done a bunch and seems to knock out that inflammation and broncospasm that perpetuates that ongoing cough? Is this due to a kind of reactive airway?"

My last video/podcast sucked!

I wasn't happy with the quality of my last video/podcast, but it happens, and we all make mistakes! I'm going to share what went wrong. If you've ever made a mistake, then have a listen :) The important take a way is to not let these mistakes cripple you - don't let them slow you down ;)
