After the 30-day trial that starts the day you sign up, you will be charged $19.99 to the debit card, credit card or other payment form provided during registration for 1 month of ongoing service. Membership rates are subject to change at any time in AYCB's sole discretion. All such pricing changes will be posted to the Website. We will begin billing you for membership fees at the end of the free trial period of your membership unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period. We will continue to bill your method of payment on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at anytime; however, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial period has ended or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. Your failure to do so is a material breach of these Terms of Use, and, in the event of your failure to notify AYCB, AYCB disclaims any and all responsibility for charges posted to a lost or stolen credit card.

12. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Consumer & Customer Information Privacy & Confidentiality.

The failure of AYCB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law rules. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Website, software, products, or services offered by AYCB, shall be filed only in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, or the state district courts of Dallas County, Texas, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
