Too much waxing eloquent

The author sometimes used several page to describe a scene, a person, or thought, something I might expect with an essay rather than in a book of fiction. This tended to lead me off topic and lose concentration.

This Western has everything you could want in an adventure: a murder, a romance, treachery, conspiracy, betrayal, hatred, revenge, danger, excitement, a quintessential villain, a beleaguered hero, a sweet young heroine ... need I go on? Read it for yourself.

Romance with Murder Intrigue

This story is slow in getting going but picks up speed halfway through. If you can wade thru the first the mystery unfolds with some great action.

This is a good story of murder and mystery in the west. When Wanda finds the dead body of Arthur Shandon, she is devastated, but seeing something else beside the body she is even more concerned. The mystery deepens as readers follow along. Although a bit too wordy at times, this is a good story and
