The Rubaiyat Of Omar Khayyam inspired many imitations. I have read rubaiyats featuring a Persian Kitten, a Huffy Husband, and now a Motor Car. Written in 1906 when cars were much different than they are today, this short poem celebrates the 'joys' of the automobile.
