And ’tis doubtless very agreeable to think, that a man who gives himself so good a Character in his own Letter, should make so great a one in so August an Assembly as that is recorded to have been: And he himself in his whole Letter, arrogates no other besides that of Envoy Extraordinary from the Duke of Holstein-Gottorp into England, who was a Prince at that time wholly dispossess’d of His Dominions.
