I believe this is the same book as her Sawtooth Ranch book.

We're out in the west, Idaho cattle country. The Quirt is a small outfit run by Brit Hunter and fellow bachelor Frank Johnson. Well, Brit was once married and had a daughter, but spouse and daughter left for LA many years previously.

Another fun, mentally refreshing Bower title. When I need to relax with my reading, or to cleanse the mental images of a gloomy book from my little pea brain, Bower is my go-to gal.

A highly enjoyable western. It also seems to go by the title "Sawtooth Ranch". The e-book edition on my iTouch was called "Sawtooth Ranch", while the Kindle edition on my Kindle App was called "The Quirt".
