According to the jacket flap this was the most popular book in 1911. It is set largely in West Tennessee during the presidency of Andrew Jackson. It tells the story of the reunion of a young boy and his long lost Grandfather. There is very little judging and certainly no law as we would understand i

Hannibal Wayne Hazard is a young orphan whose name weighs more than he does. No one knows who he is or where he came from but everyone wants him. I don't know why as the boy seems to bring chaos and trauma to everyone he encounters. Murder, kidnapping, slave uprisings. You're bad news, Hannibal Wayn
