Nice story. Brave thing to do, travel the length of Canada on a dog sled. Dog sledding books are my favorite type of dog books, and this is one of them. She did an amazing thing.

Pam Flowers loves the arctic. And she decided to undertake a huge task - to cross the artic circle with her dog team. This is the story of that trip (with lots of great pictures). A very interesting read which I really enjoyed.
Awesome adventure
If you love adventure and especially if you love dig stories give this a read. Pam Flowers is amazingly brave and obviously skilled. Thanks for sharing an experience most of us can barely dream about.

I have been reading lots of trips people have taken using various forms of transportation. This author uses sled dogs to cross the Artic. Enjoyed it. It's a quick and easy read. To be out all alone in the frozen wilderness is something to takes a lot of planning and courage.
