This book gives a lot of interesting info about Napoleon the little, and definitely makes me realize that some autocrats and other leaders in the modern world are in no way new.
Otherwise, the only reason this book is more than a long rant is because of Hugo's writing skills, and still isn't much of

I got given this book as a present…. I think it was an ironic one. Nevertheless i naively thought it would at least give me some insight into Napoleon and was by Victor Hugo.
