Un second tome avec des personnage moins truculents mais tout aussi (voir davantage) sordides. Les intrigues prennent aussi une place plus importantes, tandis que le vocabulaire verse moins dans l'argot, rendant la lecture plus aisée.

On comprend que ces Mystères aient pu passionner, il y a de tout ici: des crimes, des viols, des amours passionnés, des héros au grand coeur, etc. Mais force est de constater que les personnages sont souvent très caricaturaux pour notre xxième siècle.
