A clear insight in to the French Revolution with masterfully crafted characters woven around a beautiful romance. Couldn't put this down. Empathised with the characters so much that when Raymond Latour died at the end couldn't help shedding a teardrop or two.
Written in the 1800's or early 1900's. This takes place during the French Revolution in the 1700's. Richard is the main character as is Jeanne an aristocrat thet Richard helps. Richard came from Virginia to help Lafayette, but Lafayette said nothing could be done and encouraged Richard to go back to
