Well, what a wonderful book this was. It has everything you would expect from Dumas. Plots, intrigue, deception, love.

The scene is set in 1832, just shy of 40 years after the fall of the Royal Family and about 15 years after the fall of Napoleon. We have Royalist and Republican survivors who rememb
