The Decay of Lying is absolutely the most brilliant thing I've ever read. It's witty and relevant and insightful. When refering someone to a classic, it's number one on my list of absolute must reads.

I own The Complete Works of Oscar Wilde and read a bunch of his shorter essays (all of which are probably not published in Intentions but who cares.) I desperately wanted to review them and thought it would be useful to do that collectively (I'm reviewing the bigger essays seperately). So here goes
