Wish it had pictures

A far if old book. But they had captions of photos this book did not have. Wish it had even of they were in black and white.

I actually read this for the 2017 challenge, but forgot to add it to my shelf. So Good Reads will count it (wrongly) for the new challenge. Interesting book, though, if it felt like it was written for children. I enjoyed it.

Nice for a short histotry. Would have been better if my copy was illustrated.

It is a simple and yet a very interesting book with beautiful stories about those cities and its peoples. Sadly the pictures do not come with the Kindle version. I highly recommend the read.
