THE TREE GAME
When Margaret and Benjy were getting over the measles their mamma invented a new game to amuse them.
"You might play you are trees," she suggested.
"I'm a pine tree!" cried Margaret.
"So'm I," agreed Benjy.

I purchased this book on eBay and it is a 1935 edition of a book original published in 1913. It is small and the language and illustrations are of course dated but the lessons are timeless. Can’t wait to share with my granddaughters!
Very cute book that was first printed in 1913. Has a few dated (less culturally acceptable) references. But it was sweet and cute.
